FULL CASING (FC) PILES
-
Full casing piling method is one of the on-site RC foundation methods. The method makes use of rotators to press down steel casings underground, preventing the hole form collapsing. Rocks and soil are removed by grabbing devices. Once the desired depth has been reached, the sludge is then removed and a rebar cage is lowered. Eventually, concrete is poured to finish the pile body construction.
Full Casing method is applicable for various geological conditions from rock layers to thick sedimentary deposit layers and earthquake regions which require extremely high level of construction engineering skills.
